"High Alpine Winter"

Acrylic on 10" x 20" back-framed panel, ready for wall or gallery display.  When younger, I loved to ski, especially out west.  I loved finding myself alone on a ridge, in a meadow or among the trees, just enjoying the peaceful beauty of the snow-covered wilderness.....deep snow covering everything, including shorter evergreens, just barely peaking out of last night's blanket of fresh powder....low hanging clouds, and a light fog or snow fall with just a bit of sunlight trying to break through adding to the other-worldliness.  This is my winter wonderland.
